Peer Networks

Leadership and Business Development Opportunities

Peer Networks is a proven, fully-funded national peer-to-peer networking programme for leaders that want to grow and develop their organisation for future success.

At SkillsReach, we are delighted to offer tailored Peer Network programmes for Greater Lincolnshire Community Enterprises (this includes charities, CICs, Social Enterprise and community-oriented businesses).

We develop diverse cohort groups of leaders to collaboratively work through common business issues. Through interactive action learning, we enable you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them.

Here’s what previous participants have said about Peer Networks:

Peer Networks helped me to establish new, or renew old, peer relationships in a unique way over shared learning and development.

Gail Dunn

Abbey Access Centre

I’ve valued the new connections made as well as the opportunity to strengthen existing ones. Being able to surface a problem and have others work on it was very helpful.

Colin Hopkirk

BD Lead, Every-One

It was comforting to share challenges with peers in the same position, and I have developed new relationships that have been positive as a result of the programme.

Stacey Gillott

CEO, Pelican Trust

A format for honest and vulnerable conversations, which I think is rare in business.
